Community Life Programs Department and Partners                                                                                  Service Enriched Housing that works

Homeport Community Life Department serves as a supportive service team for residents living in our affordable rental communities and scattered site housing. Centered on sustainability and stability, we provide multi-generational service coordination, out-of-school-time, leadership development programs, linkages and resources via AmeriCorps members, interns, volunteers, staff and community partners.
