New Homes

Homeport Home Ownership offers new homes that blend durable construction with contemporary and sustainable elements of design, and are located in both urban and suburban neighborhoods. Down payment assistance is available for eligible buyers, and tax abatement is available at some locations. Click here for further information about our Financing Opportunities.

Renovated Homes

Homeport’s Restore Columbus program focuses on renovating existing homes throughout the City of Columbus and Franklin County. We believe it is important to preserve the character of a neighborhood. By restoring homes using quality materials with green components, this revitalization program helps to beautify neighborhoods and stabilize home values. The program is made possible in partnership with the City of Columbus’ Home Again Initiative and Franklin County’s HOME and NSP program. Prices start at $70,000.
